This class is based upon the best practices slow mindful yoga, meditation and yogic breathing with a focus on mental wellbeing benefits for a range of mental wellbeing issues such as Anxiety & Depression, Trauma & PTSD, Fatigue, Body Image. In this class we practice to rejuvenate the mind and body and elicit the 'relaxation response' to stabilise either overly-active or under-active energy, so you can enter a peaceful, balanced state called Sattva.

 

The class incorporates supportive/ restortive practices as well as breathing and relaxation meditation to conclude the class. Everyone can get mental wellbeing benefits from this class. The practices can be adjusted for ease or experience level from beginners to level 1.
