LVL2 Yoga Teacher/

Bach of App Soc Sci (Counselling)

Kyla has been practicing yoga since 1992, and has a Level 2 Yoga Teacher qualification as well as a Bachelor Degree of App Soc Sci (Counselling). Kyla has worked as a mental health counsellor for almost 10yrs, taught yoga to mental health clients and lives with PTSD.

The Mindful Yoga Community is a healing environment in which I work very diligently to support participants to feel safe, secure and empowered. The way in which we approach yoga and the affects we are looking for may be quite different from an athletic yoga class where the achievement of certain postures is all important. WE ARE DIFFERENT! You will learn slow mindful yoga practices which will help you to better manage your daily mental health symptoms, and to balance vital energy.
