Pranayama & Mindfulness -  A great class for students experiencing under-active/ passive or over-active/ stimulating energy and is a trauma-informed yoga practice. Pranayama & Mindfullness classes combine mindfullness based stress reduction practices, with body scanning, progressive muscle relaxation,  and yogic breathing techniques to very gently elicit 'the relaxation response' and bring us into a mentally clear and clam space...
